Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the May 4, 2021 meetings were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to accept
the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to fix erratic number formatting in TSCHK2 output

- Mike LaBonte to add output size option to TSCHK2 alpha5

NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross said he updated BUG216 based on an editorial suggestion from Curtis Clark.


IBISCHK development:
Bob Ross reported that $17,500 had been quoted for the IBISCHK710 development work.
An Open Forum vote on the expense would be proposed Friday.  It was not certain whether
the new PAMn BIRD would be passed in time to be included.  Bob said if the BIRD was
approved in time, it could be slipped into the development.  Mike LaBonte said the
IBIS 7.1 prohibition on Reserved Parameters in Model_Specific could cause difficulty.
Bob and Randy Wolff said AMI files using PAMn parameters in Model_Specific would
continue to work as long as the AMI_Version was before 7.1.  Bob said he would prefer
to have PAMn in IBIS 7.1.
